As you know, many of our area schools have been
infected by the MRSA Staff Infection.
Attached is information provided to the public
by the Oakland County Health Department; please
take a moment to read it.
As we begin our indoor season, it is imperative that we do all that we can to prevent the spread of this infection. Please discuss the following with your players and "enforce" it:
* All wounds (including minor scrapes) MUST be bandaged!
* NO spitting on any artificial turf (OU/SoccerCity) - go outside!;
* NO sharing of water bottles;
* NO sharing of equipment (clothing, shin guards, towels, etc.);
* Do not leave dirty clothing in bags (wash frequently)
